Note:
– Fixed tuition fees throughout your child’s education level.
– In the school year 2021 – 2022, there are many preferential policies for parents when participating in Seminars, Morning Café and Open Day (updated on the school website and fanpage).
– Preferential policies are not cumulative, parents can choose the highest policy to receive offer.
* Regarding the refund of meals for students on school holidays, specifically as follows:
Content:
The school only refunds meals for students who leave for 3 consecutive days or more (without cumulative). Accordingly, parents must have the leave application for school and notify the teacher/office of school before 8:00 a.m. on the day when student leaves.
Time to refund meal fee: Paid in 2 times during the school year.
+ Phase 1: The end of Semester I – Mid-January 2022
+ Phase 2: The end of Semester II – Mid-May 2022
Request:
– Teachers of all classes send a list of students in which the number of holidays is counted and compared with the Office. Time:
+ Phase 1: before January 5th, 2022
+ Phase 2: before May 5th, 2023
– The office closes the list and sends it to the accounting department to refund for parents in time.
QUIT SCHOOL AND TUITION REFUND
Students who quit school during the school year, the tuition refund policy will be applied as follows:
– Parents send “Application for withdrawal” to the Administrators 2 months before the student is expected to stop studying at school. The school will refund tuition and fees (if any).
– The settlement amount is the balance after deducting the fees according to the number of months studied (not counting the school days but counting the whole month the student attended school) and calculated according to the fee rate excluding free tuition or reduction. School fees will be refunded 10 working days after the student’s last day at school or from the date of receiving the official notice of withdrawal from the family.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY
– The school will apply an 2%/week penalty of the total unpaid fee when overdue.
– For special cases: tuition fees must be paid no later than 30 days from the date of the last specified deadline.
